At The Coastal Polka Co, every order is carefully selected and prepared just for you. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
• Delayed shipping caused by the carrier
• Gift purchases

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate solution.
